How do the shirts fit?
Oversized box fit, cut a size larger than standard. Size down for a closer fit. Full measurements are in the size guide.
What is the fabric?
A 250 GSM combed heavyweight cotton blank, chosen for structure, weight, and clean drape.
What is the print?
Framed artwork worked into raised, textured print across the back panel.
How should I wash it?
Wash inside out, cold, on a gentle cycle. Hang to dry. Do not iron directly over the textured print.
How long until it arrives?
Each piece is printed per order and dispatched within 10 working days.
Is payment secure?
Yes. Card payments are handled by Paystack. Your card details never touch this site.
Do you ship outside South Africa?
No.
What is a boxy fit shirt?
A shirt cut square rather than tapered: wider chest, dropped shoulder, straighter and slightly shorter body. Ours are cut oversized on top of that, so the drape is deliberate. The journal has a full explainer.
Is a 250 GSM shirt too hot for summer?
No. Cotton breathes at any weight, and the oversized cut keeps air moving because the fabric hangs off the body rather than sitting against it. It wears like a structured tee, not a jersey.
Can I return or exchange a piece?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery, unworn and unwashed. You arrange and pay the return shipping. Faulty or wrong orders are on us, shipping included. Full details on the returns page.
Do you restock sold-out designs?
Our shirts are made to order, so they do not sell out. You can choose from the current collection without waiting for a restock. The first release and DJ series are both available. We print your selected design after you order, rather than asking you to choose from a fixed pile of finished shirts.
What sizes do you offer?
Every tee is available in XS, S, M, L and XL. All tees are unisex. The cut is already oversized, so choose using the flat garment measurements in the size guide. Compare chest width and length with a tee you already wear. Size down one if you prefer a closer fit.
Do you do custom orders?
Yes. The Custom piece is for DJs and artists who want to bring their name to the collection. The first commission is explained on the Custom product page. Once the design joins the DJ series, 10% of every future sale goes to the artist. Contact the brand with your idea before deciding on the details.
How does printed per order work?
You choose a design, colour and size, then place your order. The piece is printed for that order and dispatched within 10 working days. Courier delivery takes 2–4 days after manufacturing is complete. Your DNT order code lets you follow the fulfilment stages, with courier details added when the parcel is ready to travel.
Which courier delivers my order?
The courier is confirmed closer to dispatch. The Courier Guy is one possible provider, but the final courier is shown with your delivery details. Use the courier waybill for the parcel journey and your DNT order code for the brand tracking page. These are different references for different stages of the order.
How quickly will you reply or refund me?
Enquiries are answered within 24 hours. Include your order code if the question concerns an existing purchase. For an eligible return, refunds take 5–7 days after the piece has been received and checked. Contact us first so we can identify the order and explain the return address and next steps.
