Care instructions

Wash your tee inside out, cold, on a gentle cycle. Turning it inside out puts the printed surface on the inside of the garment during the wash. Take a moment to do this before it goes into the machine, rather than pulling it through itself while it is wet.

The care routine is deliberately simple. Use the cold setting and a gentle cycle rather than treating the heavyweight fabric as permission for a harsher wash. A heavier tee still has a printed surface that deserves attention. If you are unsure about a particular stain or care product, contact us before trying it on the artwork.

Hang the tee to dry after washing. This is the drying method we recommend for the heavyweight cotton and textured print. Keep the process as considered as the wash: turn the garment back carefully and let it dry before wearing it or putting it away.

The weight is part of how the shirt wears, so allow time for it to dry. Plan the wash ahead of when you want to wear the piece, rather than rushing the drying stage. Check that the cotton is dry before folding the shirt and returning it to your wardrobe.

Do not iron directly over the textured print. Before using an iron, find the artwork and keep the iron away from that surface. The raised finish is part of the piece, rather than a flat area to press smooth.

The textured back artwork is the detail this routine is intended to protect. Follow the same cold, inside-out wash and hang-dry approach each time. Read the care instructions again if someone else is washing the piece for you.
